Inviting and removing clients

If your account is set to advise other organisations, you'll need to invite these organisations in as clients before you'll have access to their data. To do this, navigate to Clients to view the client list, and click the 'Invite a client' button in the top right.

Enter the clients email address (this must be the main email address associated with the organisation) and add an optional message before clicking send.

Once the user has accepted the invitation, you will see them in the client list. To view your pending invites, click on the dropdown arrow next to the 'Invite a client' button and click 'View pending invites'.

To remove a client, click on the drop-down menu at the end of a client row and select 'Remove client'.
